History of the business group of the agricultural enterprises “Arnika” star begins from 2000 in Hlobyne District of Poltava Region; wherein “Agrofirm Michurina” LLC was established on the basis of former collective farms. The next stage was creation of “Lan-Agro” LLC in the village of Zhuky and “Agro-Sula” LLC in the village of Shushvalivka of Hlobyne Region. A founder of the business group is Andrii Pylypchenko.
Yet in 2-3 years agro-manufacturing of the business exceeded the bounds of the region of Hlobyne.
“Novomoskovsk-Agro” LLC from Hlobyne Region and “Granit-Agro” LLC from the village of Stepanivka of Semenivka Region affiliated to “Arnika”. And in 2006 the successful company included the enterprises from Kremenchuk District, namely, “Agrofirm named after T.H. Shevchenko” PE and “Svitanok-1” LLC, located in Vilna Tereshkivka, Chervona Znamianka, Omelnyk and Demudivka villages.
In 2014 the business group made one more significant step in its development – affiliation of “Agro Rivne” LLC, which lands are in the districts of Rivne, Kostopol and Hoshcha of Rivne Region.

The business group is one of the most efficient manufacturers of the agricultural products in Ukraine, using in its activity advanced and high technologies operates in plant selection. Its primary activity is agro-manufacturing performed in the districts of Semenivka, Hlobyne, Kremenchuk of Poltava Region and in the districts of Rivne, Kostopol and Hoshcha of Rivne Region.

Agro-industrial group “Arnika” is a powerful manufacturer of high quality seeds of soy, including production of toasted, expanded full fat soy – innovative product for needs of poultry and cattle farming; it grows and sells other grain and industrial crops, namely, corn, wheat, sunflower, hemp, medic, etc.
Soy Research Establishment as a part of the group ensure selection and growing of elite seeds with high concentration of oil and protein which are adjusted to poor weather conditions as well as fit to the organic corn farming and “N0-till” technologies. Fifteen new soy cultivars were produced for growing in the climate conditions of our region in result of the close cooperation of Soy Research Establishment with the crop breeders from Northern America, Serbia, Russia and Kazakhstan.
The group operates a sole Ukrainian plant on processing of soy into toasted, expanded full fat product (TEFF-soy) with the capacity of 7 tones per hour. TEFF-soy produced in the result of processing of soybeans without extraction of fats is one of the most essential elements of food-stuff for agricultural animals and poultry.
“Arnika” considers as a great opportunity the growing of industrial hemp for production of valuable fiber, seeds and brome grass. For 2016 three are plans to expand cropland acres for planting of this crop with wide variety of use, whether food manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries or textile industry, construction, manufacturing of furniture, etc.
“Arnika” has a certified elevator complex designated for storage of 48 thousand tones of the product, the grain storage barns with volume of 25 thousand tones, fuel storage tanks. The servicing park consists of the modern powerful agricultural machinery manufactured of the leading worldwide manufacturers as “JOHN DEERE”, “CHALLENGER”, “KUHNE”, “KINZE”, “BERTHOUD” and “GREAT PLAINS”.
